  • Yes! The Institute of American Music Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

  • IAMF places all monetary donations into our endowment savings account. We are building an endowed fund that will sustain IAMF well into the future. That fund will eventually produce annual interest that will be the sustaining financial force behind IAMF.

  • Yes! IAMF currently hosts barn dances and music sessions. We appreciate anyone who can help us with those events because sometimes we are out of state or out of country and cannot carry out our events until we return. We want dance callers and musicians who can help us lead! We also want to add a food component to our events. If you are able to contribute by providing treats, snacks, or drinks it would a great addition to our barn dances and music sessions.

  • We gratefully accept in-kind donations such as instruments, venue space, photography/videography, business sponsorships, and professional expertise. Contact us if you have something you would like to offer!
